Ashlee is the Principal Licensed Conveyancer at Connected Conveyancing, bringing over 17 years of hands-on experience from top-tier legal firms across Springwood, Katoomba, and Sydney’s bustling CBD.
Known for being sharp, super organised, and always up for a friendly chat, Ashlee is passionate about making the conveyancing process smooth and stress-free. She’s all about staying ahead of the game—especially when it comes to the ever-evolving world of electronic conveyancing in NSW.
After graduating from Macquarie University in 2019, Ashlee became a fully Licensed Conveyancer and a proud member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW Division. She’s also a certified Justice of the Peace and is genuinely excited to guide you through your next property journey—from first homes to forever homes.
JADE MURRAY
Jade brings valuable experience from working with respected firms across Emu Plains, Katoomba, and Springwood, and she knows the upper Blue Mountains like the back of her hand.
A Licensed Conveyancer and Certified Justice of the Peace, Jade completed her studies at Macquarie University and is passionate about delivering friendly, reliable service with a local touch. She’s excited to be part of the Connected Conveyancing crew, helping us build the ultimate Blue Mountains property team—one happy client at a time!
Teresa Sharpe
Teresa joined the Connected Conveyancing family in 2025, bringing with her a wealth of experience from across the property industry. She’s been a Licensed Conveyancer since 2015 and holds formal qualifications in Conveyancing Law & Practice from Macquarie University—so you're in very capable hands!
Teresa is a proud member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW Division and is PEXA Certified, making electronic property settlements smooth and stress-free. She is also a dedicated Justice of the Peace and actively supports her local community through the NSW Justices Association.
Known for her warm approach, sharp eye for detail, and genuine care for her clients, Teresa is passionate about making the conveyancing process clear, calm, and completely under control.
MARILYN DieTIKER
Marilyn has vast experience as a Paralegal for more than 40 years, having worked as Personal Assistant for a Barrister, and also for Solicitors in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Parramatta, Blacktown and in Sydney CBD. Her experience covers many areas of law including conveyancing, Probate, litigation and family law. Marilyn has attended lectures including PEXA training sessions to update her skills and also College of Law lectures during her working life.
Marilyn recently moved to the Blue Mountains to be closer to family. During her free time, she loves spending time with her grandchildren and engaging in her many hobbies which include family history research and volunteering at Springwood Library to help others with their research, quilting, sewing and entertaining family and friends.
